What we are looking for
As Configurator, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing our platform. You collaborate closely with multiple departments to analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective technical solutions. You configure business processes using JSON-based configuration files on the software platform and design and model workflows through structured flowcharts that are converted into logical configurations. You manage assigned tasks efficiently in JIRA to ensure timely and reliable delivery. You also perform functional testing and validation to confirm that configurations meet business requirements, and you produce clear, structured documentation for all implemented solutions and processes.

Your profile
  • Business Process Analysis skills: ability to understand,  document and analyze business workflows and requirements
  • Configuration & technical ability: Experience in software testing, configuration, coding, and/or JSON files
  • Process Modelling: Experience using flowcharting tools, ability to translate business processes into logical, structured workflows
  • Documentation: strong written communication skills 
  • Testing & Validation: attention to detail in validating configurations against requirements, ability to document test results and document findings clearly
  • General: Familiarity with branching, merging, and deployment using GitHub or similar platforms
