Key Account Manager (Spanish speaking)

• Management and further development of our service provider network

• Management of key clients, particularly insurance companies

• Further development of platform functionalities in close collaboration with platform users

• Onboarding, training, and ongoing support for platform users

• Participation in testing and quality assurance of new functionalities

• Fluent in English and Italian, with native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (required)             

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Information Systems or other relevant degrees, or vocational training with relevant professional experience

• Ideally initial experience in provider network management (e.g., insurance, brokers or online platforms, real estate companies)

• Strong affinity for digitalization and IT

• Comfortable in working closely with clients, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships

• Strong conceptual and implementation skills
