Your mission

Join Yarowa as an AI specialist - we are looking for a strategic role to develop & implement our AI vision for our product. In addition, you will support establishing a databased thinking in the company and make sure we are able to better analyze our data.

This means your responsibilities in this broad role are:

Work together with the business to drive the strategic AI projects forward
Find the right AI model and adapt it according to our needs, especially in the field of OCR, text processing and text understanding
Operationalize our AI models together with our software development team
Be the "Go-To person" when it comes to data-related topics
As a second priority: Establish a data-driven organisation
- Establish dashboards for the customer in our platform
- build up an analytics base and data pipeline for BI
- enable people to use our BI tool (Tableau)

Your profile

5+ years of experience in AI & Analytics
Skilled in software development, Python and databases (SQL and Mongo DB)
Ability to employ creative and critical thinking to overcome data-related challenges
Strong communication skills & team player
Self-driven & motivated
